Beautiful room view, was the highlight of the stay. Clean rooms, and very friendly staff.

Quiet, comfortable room. Elevators, although seemingly to have capacity for scanning room cards, did not utilise this function, so not as safe feeling as it could be. Nice seeming restaurant, but we were turned about as they wanted to set up for dinner early afternoon - disappointing. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable.

We loved the location, room size, amenities and overall friendliness of the hotel staff. Besides one grumpy waiter in the breakfast area, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The gym is huge and we loved the restaurant on the rooftop patio/terrace. My only complaint/concern is the sliding barn door for the bathroom. It offers almost no privacy if you’re using the toilet. You can hear everything from the room so just keep that in mind depending on who you are sharing the room with. I’d stay here again with family as I loved the central location.

It was a clean nice room with a wonderful breakfast. The gym was amazing too. The only downside was not enough floor space for a family of four.

Clean, comfortable beds, great city view, friendly staff, and, good restaurant, Lloyd’s. Being on train/underground line isn’t a real advantage.

Staff très accueillant. Notre chambre n’étant pas prête à notre arrivée nous avons reçu une boisson gratuite au resto-bar pour patienter. Possibilité de garder nos valises après notre Check-out sans frais supplémentaire. Très propre

Very worth every penny…..

Excellent location. Room was impeccably clean and I enjoyed the coffee bar.

Upon arriving, we were welcomed with positivity and smiles from the staff. When returning to our room we had fresh sheets and new towels ready for us and a super clean room every day. Breakfast was under $40 per person for buffet breakfast, we were told breakfast ends at 10:30am so something to keep in mind for rainy mornings where finding a breakfast restaurant outside of the hotel. Old Montreal is 20 minutes away walking so we knew we wanted to stay in downtown. We will be visiting Montreal again and would prefer to stay here over anywhere else. Thank you Montreal Marriot!! Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. The front desk staff were unfriendly and not very helpful, and the same attitude was reflected by the bell boys. Service at the restaurant was also rough and unwelcoming, which made the overall stay feel uncomfortable. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement in customer service.
