The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The washroom had a very nice stand up shower which I really liked. I think they've updated as it seems like they're going through a renovation (?) Not too sure as I saw a sign in the lobby about a transition. The front desk staff (I forgot his name but he's the guy who checked us in late at night on March 28) was very nice. He was accomodating, well spoken and exudes professionalism. We enjoyed our stay there for sure and has taken notes to book this hotel the next time we're in the area. Would probably choose an IHG hotel in the future over others. Overall, we've gotten a wonderful accommodation for a good price.

Lots of walkable eateries & views of most of Horseshoe Falls including the night lighting. Very nice, spacious rooms & nice, helpful staff.

Plus point of Hotel is , its only Hotel in Niagara that is pet friendly. No breakfast is provided onsite due to the pets. Parking is onsite which is another good point.
