Bars and food everywhere. Have to pay 50 for parking on sitw but offers cheaper parking 5 mins away. Get the room with the fallsview and you wont regret it. Restuarant called Turtle Jacks thats connected to the hotel is is great.

Property was well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. View of the falls was beautiful. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The beds were uncomfortable. Hard and lumpy. The pool was also quite cold. The shuttle to the offsite parking was helpful. I would never book through Expedia again as we had to cancel the second night more than 48 hrs in advance and Expedia wouldn’t let us

We paid to park, was told there will be on-demand shuttle service to and from the offsite parking. On the day we checked out, the hotel told us the shuttle service wouldn’t start until 1pm. My husband had to jog to the offsite parking to get the car. Not great!

Only certain rooms are “Fallsview” but distance to falls is walkable. (Steep hill if accessibility is a consideration, but inclined rail car is option). Good value. Restaurant (Turtle Jacks) is unique with great food!

The price point was great. The staff were helpful and friendly from start to finish. The room was bery clean, quiet with everything I requested. Much of the tourist area was in easy walking distance. My stay was very short but I plan to return and explore more of the area. Canadians are wonderingly kind and gracious people.

Very nice hotel. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the jetted tub room, it’s absolutely beautiful and definitely recommend it, even just for the view. Room could use a little love and some new curtains, but overall amazing
