Really nice hotel, the staff were extremely polite and organized which made checking in and out a breeze. Everyone who worked there, that we interacted with were all smiles and polite and welcoming. The view from the room was great. (Could have been worse) and the bed was clean and maintained daily. Thanks for a great time

Very disappointed in our stay. As a family of 6 we require the rooms woth 2 beds and a sofa bed. We opened the sofa bed to see a very worn out mattress with staining and zero linens for said bed. We asked for a mattress swap or portable bed and linens. When I told the gal at the desk that the mattress was disgusting and showed her a picture, she stared at the picture and asked where is the disgusting part, knowing full well she would never sleep on a mattress like that. We left for a bit and came back to a less terrible mattress with a protector on it...no linens. We left again for a few hours and asked for linens again. We waited 30 mins for them to bring us 2 top sheets, no blankets or pillows. We used spare pillows from regular beds for the sofa bed and covered our kids with sheets from the actual beds and bath towels as we were not confident if we called down that we would get anything better. One of the sheets that was brought to us was still damp and couldn't be used. Would not stay again.

The main bathroom near the entrance was horrible—dirty and smelling bad! Also, it said breakfast was included, but when I got there, they said no—that it doesn't open until the 27th! They put way too many chemicals in the pool.

You get what you pay for. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. The staff was okay, not particularly friendly, but not rude. The bedding and towels had a strong chemical smell, which was unpleasant. The shower appeared to be recently renovated, which was a nice improvement. Overall, our stay was fine. I would consider staying here again only if I couldn’t find a better option.

This hotel was great! Staff customer service was legendary! The location was absolutely perfect. We walked everywhere we went because the taxis were so high. The bus service by the hotel for transportation to other areas was excellent. I will always stay here when visiting.

The fall view was beautiful. #If you plan to take your animal, make sure you call more than once. I called twice and notified them that I have my dog with me, and they confirmed they have it on record, and I am all set. During the first call to inform them about my dog, they transferred me with the promise that they're offering a discounted stay for my next trip. I am not gullible, so it took me less than 3 minutes to realize they were trying to sell a timeshare. I declined. I can't help but wonder if that had any bearing on all of this. When I got there, they were saying they did not have a dog room reserved. I told them I called ahead, and the guy who checked me in was like, “I will make an exception, but if we get one complaint, you are out.” I was so embarrassed. Then the older lady apparently didn't know he made the exception, and she was so rude about it. How is that my fault? It is a communication breakdown within the company, and instead of apologizing and fixing it, they somehow made it my fault. Most of the ice machines did not work. The front desk staff needs some customer service training. They all feed off each other’s poor attitude.

Friendly staff, clean room, and an easy walk to the waterfall. The only drawback was that our second-floor room had some traffic noise, and the outside lights were a little bothersome at night, even with the blinds closed.

In-site Parking is expensive and it is not for 24 hours. We park very late but still have to get our car out before 11:00am of next morning. It will be better if parking can be extended to 24-hours.

We have stayed at many hotels and motels in Niagara Falls over the years and this hotel is by far the best we have stayed at. The room was exactly as advertised. Parking was close and priced reasonably compared to the others in the area. Dining options are plenty and within walking distance. The noise level is also low compared to others we have stayed at, but it was a weekday so maybe that was factor to consider.
