Excellent view! The location was great for what we came to Niagara for. However, awful staff. Very incompetent, tried to rip me off, language barriers and just not overall a good check-in experience. I wouldn’t come back unless I had too since my bf works a contract beside the hotel.

It was one of the worst we have had in Niagara Falls. It was filthy and towels dirty not changed. No outlet to plug. We have to move to a different room. Never again!!

We were told that there would be no room service. Twice within and hour we had people trying to enter our room. The first time a lady announced herself as house keeping she was very flustered when she couldn’t get in and asked that we go out so she can clean we told her no we don’t want room service an hour later I just so happened to look over and the door was attempting to be opened again. Told concierge and they seemed very concerned. Only retribution options we were given were free parking on the day we checked out which meant we were leaving and didn’t need parking or a free meal at apple bees which was about to close.

We had a great stay. However, the parking was overpriced and we booked a king room amd received 2 queens. It was a but disappointing considering mu husband and I were alone.
