One King West Hotel & Residence

We had a great stay visiting for the weekend! We loved that we were so centrally located - in the heart of shopping & entertainment and also close to all major venues. The converted bank infrastructure of the lobby and surrounding areas was beautiful and having a cafe and restaurant/lounge right in the lobby was so convenient. Staff were always friendly and quick to help, loved that we could text back and forth during our stay for anything that we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, the suites have anything you need for an extended stay and the location can’t be beat!

Staff was very welcoming, no issues there. My issue was my room. It was so dated whereas the photos online made it look so modern. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock or stay closed. The water was freezing. To get hot water, we would have to let it run for TWENTY minutes. I was staying there with a friend and once he was done showering, he would have to leave the water running to keep it hot for me. If we were to turn it off and turn it back on after a few minutes, it would be freezing cold all over again. We called maintenance and the first time - he just let it run, left the room for a while then came back after 15-20 minutes when it was warm and said it was fixed. We had the same issues throughout the entire weekend. The television was also an issue. Upon arrival, I had to stream something for my job and before even booking, I made sure that the TVs would be capable of streaming from my phone and/or laptop. I tried to stream right away and it didn’t work. They sent maintenance up and he reset the internet and TV and it started working. But it doesn’t stay that way. Even the maintenance guy said that when it happens again, I have to let them know so they can log it. And it did happens again and the issue was never fixed. I couldn’t stream for the rest of the weekend and it was very important that I’d be able to for my job. I’m just disappointed as these are issues I’d expect from a motel or a lower grade hotel; but not this one. I couldn’t do my job or shower properly.

I didn’t bring any pets but the staff was very friendly. I did not have a chance to use the hot tub but the overall experience was great.

Always a unique and enjoyable stay at One King West. Our room was ready as promised, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

This hotel was great. The only thing I would warn you of is that the subway is right below it so I could hear the subway going until it stopped and then again in the morning

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. We were able to walk to dinner and our concert venue. The gym and sauna were a nice bonus! Yummy cafe for breakfast on site. We would definitely go back :)

Stayed for a weekend. The room was clean and quiet. A bit odd that there is a kitchenette with dishwasher yet no dishwashing detergent, dishcloth or dishwasher detergent is provided. I would stay here again.
