We stayed one night. The hotel and staff were amazing. We had a view of the harbor. We were able to swim in the pool up to 10:00 at night. The check in was easy and the bell staff were so helpful and responsive.

Best part of the stay was the view and the valet. Everything else was quite lackluster and poor quality. Room service breakfast was pre-ordered. It arrived cold and was barely edible. Very poor quality food, poorly seasoned, we largely didn’t eat it and opted for leftover cold pizza instead. No help, remorse, or offer of refund or compensation when mentioned to the front desk. No refrigerator in $1000+ per night room. Unacceptable. No bag and poorly cleaned ice bucket in the same room. Over 2 hours to receive a replacement bag from housekeeping/front desk. No comforter kept in room for pull/out sofa. Chairs around the room’s dining ron table were old and worn out—felt like we were going to fall through them when sitting at the table and trying to eat. Shower head was awful—no pressure and difficult to take a shower. Lots of long hair from previous tenant found in the shower, on floor of the hotel room, on “clean” towels, etc. Would not recommend staying again. The price for the view of the bay is simply not worth it. Quite honestly, they should be ashamed in the poor quality service at the front desk, the kitchen, and the cleaning crew. The valet service was exceptional. Cole and team are great and worth every penny.

Nice place to stay and Conveniently located to the port . Shower was broke and it took forever to get a room . With the amount you pay they should have rooms ready or at the very least have something to occupy your time while you wait . Especially since they know you’re getting off the cruise at 9 am you should not be stuck seated in the lobby for hours with nothing to do.

This was a great hotel. Staff was really helpful. Awesome location for our cruise. Only thing I would call out is the 2 bed rooms are double beds which are really tight when you are used to sleeping on a king. Sadly, It might be a hard sell for our family of 4 to stay here again, but doable for one night.

Room and property was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room (1115) had an incredible view of the harbor, but was showing signs of aging. Decor was a little dated. Beds and pillows were too soft for my liking but my wife thought they were very comfortable. Not a cheap stay, but the value of being so close with immediate access to you cruise ship is worth it. I would stay again if I was taking a cruise out of Vancouver, but not if I was just visiting.
