We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Excellent location to get around the city. Bus stop right out front. Staff were all wonderful. Vanessa was a sweetheart and she was so helpful. I would highly recommend staying there.

Clean and close to many restaurants and public transport. The room was tiny but clean. It was very old and loud I could hear my upstairs neighbors walking and ac was very loud but effective. Overall a good stay in a good location, it was very overpriced but a comfortable enough stay.

The heater/air conditioner sounded like and airplane lifting off and you couldn't turn it off because there was no windows that you could open for fresh air. It would have been dead dry air. There is no water pressurer for a shower.

Very expensive for what you get! Paid around 300 per night - crazy price for what little you get. 20% off Whitespot down the road. lots of homeless and drug users all around hotel. Carpeted floors appeared very dirty and in need of a good cleaning. Otherwise room was clean. Sink did not drain well at all and the air conditioning made a very loud whirling noise then shut off in the middle of the night making the room very hot.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing due to the nightclub noise inside the hotel. The music and bass were so loud that it literally vibrated through the room and you could feel it throughout your entire body well into the night. The hotel did provide ear plugs, but they made absolutely no difference against the level of noise and vibration. It was impossible to relax or sleep, which completely took away from the hotel experience. If you are looking for a quiet stay or are sensitive to noise, I would strongly reconsider booking here — especially on nights when the nightclub is operating. Which includes Monday's of a long weekend.

Now here is the problem.... they allow homeless people to loitering around the parking area. One of them insulted my wife. We laughed it off, because the offender probably is not in his right mind. But this otherwise good hotel should take steps to protect their guests.

The suite was quite large and staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very small with the toilets tiny and low. Also, we were booked about a nightclub with pounding music till after 2 am. Food at the Morrissey was excellent (although their signature brisket was unavailable. The parking arrangements were quite complex although we did receive secure parking after enquiring.
