Pool was being renovated. We didn’t plan to use pool anyway but we weren’t notified that it was under renovation. It is also in the basement. Rooms need updating. Gym was spacious and nice but could have been cleaner. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. Location was perfect

Very nice hotel with a great location. We really enjoyed the grill restaurant overlooking the baseball field — such a cool view and atmosphere. Our room with two full beds was spacious, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was also great and very friendly throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the coffee shop was closed during our stay, and the AC was a bit loud at night since it kept turning on and off. The pool area could also use some updates. Because it’s indoors, the chlorine smell was strong, and the space didn’t feel very cozy overall.

Pool wasn’t operational , no remote in the room when we got there. We were expecting that the concert was at the Roger’s centre it was actually at the stadium. Definitely not the only ones who got had that issue. As the server we had at the restaurant at the hotel said we were one group of many that the same issue. Might be nice to make that more clear to ppl coming from out of town. Who assume it’s at the centre when it’s actually at the stadium an hour away.
