Room was clean and beds are very comfortable. We had a good night sleep before our next flight. Breakfast filling. Make sure you message the hotel and call when you arrive at the airport for pick up. Otherwise, it’s worth it for long layovers.

The shelter bus service is very convenient. They have the route between airport to hotel and hotel to the Disneyland. Food is amazing! The staff is okay! Hopefully the bed get a little bit improve next time!

Always staying here when I’m in Shanghai catching flight leaving come Pudong. Customer service is excellent, even the room service lady. Ask for help from the lady (didn’t get her name. Think her card number says 222) she was super helpful and super cheerful. Just makes you feel welcomed and right at home.
