Very convenient location accessing metro train station for touring the city.

Convenient place, right beside a subway station. suitable for those who don't mind the smoking smell. Overall, reasonable price due to the strategic location

Great location served by 2 metro stops - Tianhe Sports Centre & Shipaiqiao. Walking distance to Tianhe and other malls nearby . Gangding , the electronics supermart is 01 metro stop away. Food choices is great nearby. Room is clean and air cond OK.

Location is good with 2 metro stations. Food is plentiful within walking distance. Tianhe is only 1 station away. Room is spacious and clean. It will be great if tea is provided. Shower temperature / pressure is inconsistency

Located just beside Taikoo mall in Tianhe. Lot of amenities, food located around. You can either take a train or airport bus that stop at fortune centre and walk down the main road to reach Timmy. The room was value for money but the wifi signal is kinda unstable at times. But I guess that is the same everywhere for China from my travels in different cities in China.

Overall, the stay was good. However, the building consists of offices and tenants, so the security wise is not tight as anyone can access to the hotel rooms.

We booked Superior twin room for five nights with complete payment in advance but when we checked in, we were given standard room saying that superior room is not available and it will be given on the next day. Next day also we were not given the booked room and were left with no other choice but to stay in standard room. Third day morning we checked out of the hotel as it was our worst experience ever. This hotel is a bunch of cheaters.

PROS - surrounding with mall - have 1 halal restaurant near lobby - near convenience store CONS - water heater suddenly too hot - laundry not user friendly. need to use room card. so u need to wait till it finish. - taxi and Didi sometime confuse where to drop off.

I like Timmy hotel, I have stayed there several times. The location is very good and the subway is just around the corner. Basically the lobby is not very nice but the checkin was very fast, The hotel is old, the room I got was remodeled and spacious. Breakfast is OK. It has a good rate during Canton Fair when all hotels in Guangzhou are so expensive. Internet however is very unstable.

Travel with ease using metro which is next to the hotel door. Never been this convenient. Plus, when the price is concerned, it's supurb for the amount you pay.

The hotel is close to metro stations and it is very easy to locate. We had no trouble checking in or out and the staff was very friendly. Inside the room, there are a few tiny details (e.g. wood panels balancing the mini fridge) that are not so nice, but overall the room was in a nice condition. We encountered no trouble during the entire stay. The hotel (room, corridor and lobby) was clean and tidy. It was comfortable and pleasant staying there.

Hotel reception does not face the roadway and is difficult to see even from a taxi. If the driver does not know the area well, you may struggle to see it. Having said that, it is a really good location.

Good location (has MRT exit right under the building, some restaurants, convenience store) Room needs a fresh coat of paint (some kid must have gotten hold of a permanent marker) Breakfast was a bonus for the room price (wished they changes a few dishes though coz we had 5 straight days of same food) Staff were very helpful Hotel location a bit hard to find but once you find it, it is easy to relocate (maybe a detailed instruction would help for 1st time guests) Overall, I would book again if I go back to Guangzhou.

Timmy hotel is located at a very strategic location. The metro Shibanqiao D entrance is located at the same building of the hotel. Those whose mode of travel is using metro may find it very convenience. Besides, there are many shopping malls within walking area, the nearest would be opposite it, Onelink. One thing to take note, the hotel reception is a bit hard to find, it is at the corner of LongDe隆德 building, one of the land marks beside it is a family mart. I stayed in a queen boutique room for 4 nights, my room's is clean, with street view, strong water flow, ,mattress is rather comfortable, washing machines and dryers at 8 floor for free usage, same breakfast everyday, and needing to take 2 rounds of lift before reaching the hotel room, and no table for my language bag. Considering it is at the hot spot of GuangZhou at a reasonable price, these hotel is strategically located for metro traveler.
