We travel to Bogota frequently, this hotel is our number one choice. Close to El Dorado, easy access to the Autonorte and NQS, and fantastic staff. The restaurant is really great, and the rooms are always top notch.

The people that work there have ZERO desire to help: 1. When checking in - the shuttle NEVER CAME to the airport, even after emailing to confirm, beforehand. 2. They refused to let my fiancé check in without me even after emailing them 2 days prior. Made her sit in the lobby for an hour in the lobby waiting for me …. while I was waiting for their shuttle that never came!! ( we flew in from separate cities. ) 3.Then after we checked out they refused ( until we called them 5 times and begged them ) to give us our items that we forgot ( yes, our fault, but who keeps others’ property ). Who does this ? AND we stayed in the suite on the top floor for 6 nights. So we paid the highest price/biggest room. AND we rented another room for her mom for 6 nights on a lower floor. What the ?

Great location, walking distance to malls and restaurants, room was soundproof and very comfortable. The reception is going through some renovations which made the check in area very noisy and with strong paint/chemical odor. These renovations should be mentioned when the customer makes the booking so dosen't take you by surprise. Saying that, the works were only at reception and didnt afect the comfort of the room.

I love the restaurant and the room service, but I didn’t like the new furniture in the room because it was very uncomfortable. Everybody was new, but it was very uncomfortable and the floors could have been cleaner.

Very friendly staff. It is a beautiful property

Close to the airport 15 minutes. The hotel is quiet, in a residential area away from the noise of the city. The spa is a plus, great for relaxing after the trip. The spa however has to be paid separate from the hotel fee.. Overall safe location.
