Staff were super nice and signed me up for Strawberry rewards program for free early check in. Facilities had lots of amenities with bar/ restaurant and gym. Location convenient to the metro stop on Copenhagen V. Good security with room card access only to elevator and hotel room hallways. Overall, 5/5, comfortable room, good location, but staff could be more attentive to customers checking in and out at the front desk.

Our stay was good. We had 3 couples, across 3 rooms. Staff was so friendly, and welcoming. Prices were fair. My only complaint is that our room was very hot. We overlooked the dining area, so we were not able to get fresh air. the other two rooms were.

Great central location. Great common spaces with a good breakfast area and areas for cowering. Extremely disappointed with cleaning arrangements. They only clean every 4 days and they even forgot to clean our room, so I had to contact the reception to get the room cleaned the following day. Stayed for a week and no room to put away clothes, except for a few hangers. Extremely expensive parking - DKK 1800 for 7 days. Will definitely not be going back.

Great location and clean hotel. Didn’t try the breakfast, just got pastries from shop next door as prefer the have a large lunch. Rooms cleaned every 4 days which wasn’t an issue. Plenty of seating and decent selection of beers. A few decent bars locally and food court next to train station so plenty of options nearby.

Great stay, good breakfast, friendly staff. However, the bedding was very uncomfortable and itchy, the room was also incredibly warm even with the heating on the lowest setting and air con on max cool

The room offered everything that I needed for a few days in Copenhagen. It provided enough room and the bathroom was good. My room was situated very close to the main entrance and it was facing the street, so some guests might have an issue with noise. The breakfast buffet was amazing! There was a great selection of just about every breakfast food you would want. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, too. It was just a few blocks to the central station and the surrounding area is filled with bars, cafes, and restaurants. After travelling around the city, I think it is one of the better areas for a stay.

Room was good, staff was EXCELLENT, especially Janus...he was superb. The toilet clogging 5 times....not so much. But all in all, would stay there again. Close to everything.
