It was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Location was excellent with friendly staff. We loved our view of the square. Hotel was very eco friendly. The only thing was we wished the bed was a queen sized one.

Hotel was awesome and the location is perfect. However! Beware the bell tower is directly adjacent so the clock strikes EVERY 15 minutes. All day. All night. Additionally there were fireworks that shook the hotel at 11:30 at night. Three times in Copenhagen and all three times experienced these fireworks. So don’t expect sleep .The hotel itself was great, I just would have loved to have known about the bell tower and fireworks and I would have steered clear.

Check-in staff were excellent, and got us into our room ahead of standard check-in time. Room was very large, with a separate shower room and toilet/sink. Decor and carpets a little dated, but overall a very nice room with a balcony overlooking the town hall square. The inclusion of breakfast was a welcome addition - excellent breakfast. A very pleasant stay, and would stay here again.

This hotel needs a good renovation! Stayed here a few time the last years but it is just getting worse. Shower not working properly, cleaning if the room was a maid storming in without knowing asking us if we needed extra towels, breakfast not as good as it used to be. Sad since the location is good and room are decent size…

Hotel was nice, breakfast was also excellent… the whole ‘book your room clean’ whilst I get why was a bit annoying as we booked a room clean that was ignored. Location was excellent, given our accessibility issues, highly recommended for those with mobility problems. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

This is not a good place to stay if you want the room you pay for. We paid for a presidential suite with a huge rooftop terrace that was pictured in all the advertisements for the room. What we got was instead a large room on the 1st floor with tiny stand-up-only balconies. It wasn't a suite either as there was no separate living area. This also meant we couldn't see a lot of the fireworks at Tivoli across the way from the lower floor. The place also has multiple other issues, including no charging abilities near the bed, no working TV/remotes and they require you to make reservations (which are hard to get if you don't want 7am or 9:45am) in order to get the prepaid breakfast meal. We also didn't get any cleaning service during our 2 night stay over the weekend. These things would be bad on their own, but I wouldn't have bothered to complain if I had gotten the room I paid for.
