My family really love the spa facility. We arrived early in the morning and the receptionist offered me early check in with a fee which we took and it was a good decision ever! my family enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna.

This is a large hotel with a large car park. The main car park is often full but there is an overflow carpark a little bit further round the hotel. You must register your number plate with the hotel immediately as the private parking company that looks after the car park patrol frequently. The rooms are clean and tidy (a bit like a Travelodge) with a kettle and some tea /instant coffee. Nice clean bathroom and we had a superior double room which had a view out over the harbour rather than towards the city. It is well.located.for public transport and we chose to walk for 10 minutes to get the waterbus in to Copenhagen each day. We did get the Metro home a couple of times and this was easy and quite close to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. You do have to book a time and it finishes at about 9.30am but there is a plentiful supply and it flows well even at busy times.

Nice location and very easy to get around since the bus stop is near by. Also rented a bicycle for a day which many of the main sites were not too far off. The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast every morning was a plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Due to Air Canada strike tried to negotiate something as a credit or voucher. Completely inflexible on everything even after calling. Severe policies, not negotiable at all. Lost lots of money on this booking.

Worst experience traveling to Denmark. The room had no air conditioning even though the temperature was over 80 degrees. Restaurant staff were unprofessional and rude.
