The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo

Location second to none Superb swimming pool Lounge food needs to more authentic and the dishes should be of better quality. Capitalisation on local cuisine will enrich the menu.

It truly makes me feel like I am on vacation and it is worth every penny and more. Every staff member of this facility went above and beyond to meet my needs my wants and help in any way shape or form. So thank you for a great experience.

An oasis of calm amidst the frenetic chaos of Cairo! Don't be fooled by the 1960s exterior of this wonderful hotel, the interior is bang up-to-date providing all the amenities one would expect from any modern upmarket 5 star hotel. We loved the classy, chic vibe of the public areas and the staff were all super helpful. Special mention must go to Abdelaal, Hamada an Mohamed in housekeeping that kept our room immaculate, with nothing being too much trouble. Thanks guys! See you again soon?!

Excellent staff from arriving through the front being greeted by the friendly door staff, professional front desk to staff in the restaurants and housekeeping. Breakfast in Culina was spot on with a buffet offering a great variety. The bars have a great range of drinks both alcoholic and non. The rooms are spacious clean, they get serviced twice a day, and are left immaculate by the housekeeping. Location is good with a museum at the back of the hotel. Also a 10 minute walk to downtown shops. I will recommend this hotel to all travellers to Cairo. I would stay there again

Great experience. One thing that was problematic was that cold drinks were not included in the total price. Especially water, water should not have been an extra cost during meals. Fantastic staff!

Mooi hotel, super vriendelijk personeel zowel in de club lounge als in de andere restaurants. Uitgebreid ontbijt met Egyptische specialiteiten (super lekker). De kamer was elke dag netjes gekuist en elke avond klaargemaakt om te genieten van een goede nachtrust.

Great hotel!!

The room was terrific and cleaned twice a day. The front desk made my 60th birthday very special with a room upgrade, gifts, flowers, and cake. We added on the buffet which was excellent and filling. We also added the club lounge access which was very satisfying to come back to after a long day in Cairo. The staff could not be any nicer and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure.

There is clearly an excellent training regime at this hotel. All the staff, and there are many, from the cleaners, to the front desk were polite, helpful and professional and they did all they could to make you feel at home. Many spoke good English. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, service throughout was excellent, food varied and very good and the bar well stocked. This was our first visit to Cairo, which is not an easy place to get about, but with the help of the excellent concierge team and Uber (which is well established here) we were able to see all that we came for.

The concierge team was excellent and very accommodating of needs. The Club Lounge experience made our trip effortless. Thank you.

This is an excellent hotel, with fantastic staff - without exception. Big thanks to Abdulrahim, my room cleaner, who not only did a great job of keeping my room immaculate, but managed to reunite me with something I’d left behind in my room before I had made it out of the front door after checking out. Top marks for everything in the hotel.
