The beds were uncomfortable. When it says there is one double and one twin the twin is a chair that pulls out to a bed with the thinnest mattress that you can feel every piece of metal

The room was on the ground floor and had a really bad damp smell but it was clean and adequate and did not spoil a 1 night stay but was really strong smell

We were put in a room below ground and next to the breakfast room. Below ground level is obviously not particularly appealing. The tube must have run below the hotel, or very near, because every few minutes you could hear the rumble of the cars. This would start early in the morning and last until late at night. The noise from people entering and exiting the breakfast room would begin at 6:30.

Room was clean. AC was good. It’s in a nice area close to shopping, food and Victoria Station.

Location was great as it’s right by the Underground. Hotel was basic but had everything I needed. (No mini fridge though)

I wish I could say it was a better stay but I was not impressed. We spent a great deal of money for location and comfort . Location was great easy to get any where. Near busses,tube and train. As for the building and rooms we had I was not impressed. The first room 201 had a sofa bed made up when we arrived. On folding it up because we were not using it in our stay we found stains on mattress as well as thick dust which would explain the dust bunnies all over the room. The bathroom was tiny you had to turn sideways to clean your self properly. The best thing about this room was the Air Conditioning. The bed was hard as rock. Room 204 is a double room the air cools the room it is in but not the front room. The two rooms face each other no separation. We found foot prints on the sheets and stains on the mattress ask cleaning lady to change the bed and was told they clean ever 3 days. Had to go to office to get cleaners to clean the bed. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone .

I think the property needs updating. It’s a little outdated., the hallway do smell a little bit, but if it’s the old carpet or wood, but it does smell when’s in your room you’re OK but walking up the elevator and in the hallway, it smells a little bit old.

We arrived at midnight with two small kids and they gave is a room with a broken AC, windows that didn’t fully open and two very loud fans. The sweltering heat in that room was like a sauna while outside temperature was 25 C. The staff refused to give us another room and it was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Stay away!

Your standard 3 star. Comfortable and clean enough with no fills. I was thankful for the individual AC unit in the room during the heat wave. Please note if you’re on the ground floor you will feel the rumble of the trains pulling into Victoria.

The room was clean, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable. The AC unit appeared to be held up with tape and was only somewhat working. The shower divider was not properly in place, so water got everywhere during the shower. It was also difficult to find the room, and the layout was not very straightforward. Overall, it was okay, but there are definitely some maintenance and navigation issues that need attention.

Very good place if you need a room convenient to Victoria Station. Would stay again.

Great location and convenient to get around. Right next to a main underground station, walking distance to lots shops, restaurants, and stuff to visit. The pub next door is fantastic as well. Kid/ family friendly hotel. Attentive and friendly staff, I would stay again.

This is a charming spot in an excellent location. No noise at night and convenient to all the Victoria Stations and Buckingham Palace. Wish the rooms were equipped with a fridge but otherwise perfect.
