Only stayed for one night. We were meeting up with friends from Scotland. We had a lovely stay. The staff and service was great. The only downside to our stay, would have loved a restaurant on site. Breakfast was good and there was a lot of choices. Will definitely go back.

Staff were friendly, wasn’t impressed by the cleanliness in the room. Breakfast wasn’t good and found most of the dishes pretty dirty.

For the price we paid dissapointed in the room facilities. We would of expected a biscuit at least. Only 1 chair for 2 people the room was big it could of easily fit a small settee. The aircon was so noisy . The clothes rail was so small no draws .Overall dissapointed with our stay. We expected better things from Hilton

From outside there was no ramp so we had to lift our luggage up the stairs.

Really disappointed with sofa bed it was like a spinal board we booked for three adults but one of us could not make it because of illness so we did not have to use the sofa bed it was so hard do not know how anyone could sleep on it .also there was a homeless male that kept coming into hotel at all different times day and night it was reported not just by me a few other guests but nothing was done it was making people feel really uncomfortable and not a good look for the hotel would not recommend this hotel to anyone .

The only thing good is the hotel location.
I am impressed How Hilton could accept this partnership with Hampton inn. The bed idls very uncomfortable e and the breakfast area was a mess with no staff supervision.
