The bath was very nice, fridge and water complemented the room and bed was very comfy, we had a great nights sleep, the leisure facilities were good and we got to use the running and rowing machines as well as the pool and sauna and steam room twice whilst we were there for only one night, check out is at great late time of 12 which is also a bonus

Everything was comfortable, clean and of the high standard you come to expect of the Hilton.
My only complaint would be the room service food options were limited (or as it appears on the menu you can access from TV) and another hotel that charges £15 a day for parking. If you’re a guest of a hotel I believe this should be included so it’s always disappointing when it’s not.

Staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean but lacks certain essentials like plates and cutlery, bathroom doesn’t have a glass for mouthwash, the hotel is reasonably priced for what it offers but it needs to add bits of utensils to make it more comfortable. Four stars for good value to quality.

Very well maintained property, looks and feels new, clean, good breakfast. Heated pool. Staff very helpful and polite. Will stay here whenever in Reading.

The charge for drinks was extortionate ie £18 for a brandy &coke .. Asked for a Bacardi non brand also no Malibu. £4 for a SMall bottle of lemonade..

Stay was all good
There were a couple of down sides to the room! There was no kettle in the room so not able to have a normal tea or coffee unless you went down to the restaurant, and there was no tv guide on the tv. Not sure if it was just our room or this was standard across all the rooms.
Apart from these small niggles the hotel was great and happily stay there again next time I visit the area
