We loved our stay. The staff were welcoming, and the room was clean. The kids loved the dated decor and 90s phone in the room, and the pull out double sofa bed. Breakfast buffet was great - something to suit each of us, with the kids choosing pastries and the adults a full English. Parking was free and there was plenty of it. Overall excellent value for money and happy with our stay.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet area and room. Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was ok. The air conditioning was working but the room felt still too hot at times during the night. Maybe is because the duvet is a very good one.

Room was okay, would be better if a bigger tv and a mirror over the desk/ dressing table.
Breakfast was poor, all tables were being used, only 1 person clearing tables, food was not replenished when empty. Bought out 6 croissants when the restaurant was full. Topped the milk up by only 2 pints from a 4 pint container - why not put all of it in. Kept running out of cutlery. Americano coffee from the machine was cold. Food quality was poor - could not eat the cooked offering.

Very Happy with the room and staff. Breakfast was very chaotic. The staff were great but could not deal with the amount of people. Bread came out frozen and despite being told the fruit would come out it never did
Not the fault of the staff it’s just cutbacks which you increasingly see across all hotel chains.
