Nice clean room, very good price for area - everything you need, pleasent staff. Really good!

Room was tiny, en-suite was bigger than the room, staircase was dirty. I had to step over bedding from other rooms when departing

Very small room, had all that i needed, 2 nites worked for me. Stores/restaurants all around, frequent buses, good location

Close to Westfield, easily accessible by public transport, simple and easy hotel

Room had all amenities, many shops close by...

We stayed for 2 nights and found the accommodation suitable it was clean ! We had a room facing the street but noisy but overall the area was lovely lots of eating options train was within walking distance and easy to get into central London

Great location between two major underground station and close to another. Excellent dining very close to hotel. Had a room on its own landing that was clean and comfortable. Best value in area.

Nice room. You get a bit of street noise but if that wouldn't bother you, for this price I don't see how you could do better.

Good location - handy to central London, Great public transport connections. Easy to get to Heathrow. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice Staff were very pleasant. Room cleaned every day,

Room was decent, toilet paper wasnt replenished unless asked even when it ran out, soap was not replenished in the bathroom when it ran out, mini fridge was not clean and even had a few hairs inside, shower door has a constant leak so that when you finish your shower, theres a large amount of water on the bathroom floor, shower almost never gives HOT water, usually just warm water, we tried during mornings and evenings and it was the same problem. Some parts of the floor were dusty. There was scaffolding outside the building and construction rubble as well, which ruined the view and was an absolute eyesore. Also due to the scaffolds, we were unable to open any windows when it got too hot in the room. All in all, these were not major issues or deal breakers, I didnt mind my stay too much. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location was good and close to multiple underground stations. Unfortunately for the price i was expecting something better.

Clean, warm but cramped room, no table, chair or bedside cabinet. Had to put Kettle on floor almost under bed because plugs low and also nothing to rest cups or kettle in. Very noisy road so unless earplugs no sleep possible. WiFi spotty. Toilet seat loose, had to rest tray on rubbish bin to make a cup of tea. Very poor layout

Clean room, comfortable bed. Only small niggles being bathroom needs a shelf above sink for toothbrush etc and toilet roll holder on the wall as opposed to putting toilet rolls on cistern. Also could do with a small table on other side of double bed as. Nowhere to put glasses.
