Great hotel all around

Clean room and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Perfect location too, just opposite the tube station. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

A super convenient location directly across from the Canning Town Tube/Bus station. Simple breakfast choices nearby. And only a 25-minute walk to the ExCel Convention Center. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was excellent, and the lobby has a warm vibe with ample seating for getting some work done or having a drink.

Spotlessly clean room. Reception staff were really helpful with my queries. Fresh food and good array of drinks and of course PERFECTLY situated for the O2! This will be my first choice of hotels for O2 visits going forward, and probably a consideration for none o2 visit stays as the Jubilee line is super fast.

There are USB ports in the room for charging, but it's the USB-A not USB-C. All the other facilities in the room are fantastic.

I didn’t have breakfast but the location was super convenient especially if you’re going to the O2. Staff were fab and the room was lovely too. Love that they had chrome cast on the telly so I could watch what I wanted too!

Nice room, clean and comfortable.

Directly opposite the entrance to Canning town station. A really cool looking ground floor space and a good selection of food and drink. I loved that breakfast was served until 11 on the weekend as we were able to get a lie in and still eat. The selection at breakfast was good too. Our room was clean and really nice. The only downside was the TV didn't work at all, which is a shame as I was looking forward to the novelty of telly in bed but two people tried unsuccessfully to fix it. Not the end of the world though but it would have been nice to have the gesture of even a free drink or something as we paid for a room with a working TV. Our shower tray had a blocked drain on its first use, however the staff quickly dealt with this when it was raised with them so that's no one's fault. Id definitely stay here again if going to an event at the O2. It was only one stop of the tube and it runs late on weekends on the jubilee line so there's no stress getting back

Clean and large rooms, very goof location

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for anyone going to The O2 or Abba Voyage. And the beds are so comfy. Staff are fantastic. So helpful

great first impression, lovely hotel in a nice area. Room was small but clean, comfortable and all we needed for 1 night. Staff welcoming and friendly, we would use again
