I highly recommend this hotel. Really enjoyed staying at the Mercure Manchester, the receptionist was friendly, very helpful with maps, the service was very satisfying, I will come here again, the location is very strategic, close to the tram and restaurants, Primark, etc.

Friendly Helpful Staff But Disappointed with my As paid more for a Privilege Room and The Bed was Small The Room Was Smaller than Expected But The Total Disappointed Was the Dirty Grubby Condensation On The Windows they were in Such need of replacement Yuk . Anyway Ideal Location would come back again but only to a Different Room

The hotel location was brilliant and the lobby very nice. We knew beforehand about the works going on at the hotel and these didn’t affect our stay. The room however was freezing cold with no working heating and a small electric heater was provided but totally insufficient.
