Clean, comfortable, easy place to stay. Very accessible for all public transport, walkable to dozens of restaurants. There is no lift in this hotel but the amazing stay lugged out giant suitcases up and down the stairs for us. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nice big window that opens all the way for good airflow in the room. Quiet area of town but easy to get to the heart of London. Close to the park! So happy we chose this place, excellent value.

The location is fantastic and extremely close to public transportation. The hotel itself is older (no elevators) and there is carpet everywhere. The room also had carpet but there was a weird smell and some bumpy parts. The shower was also extremely small - I was able to make it work but if you are a larger person, I would not recommend this place. Overall, the stay is great if you’re not planning to stay in the room and you don’t mind being cramped as the price for the location is very very good. However, I would not recommend to someone who enjoys spending some downtime in their rooms

The property was in a good location and the room was small but neat. But I'm upset with the management because a day after I checked out, when I got to my destination I found out that I forgot my designer sunglasses and I contacted the hotel immediately but they claimed that the cleaner hadn't seen any sunglasses which is clearly a lie by the cleaner and very disappointing!!! I will definitely take this matter up as I won't accept this theft from the hotel and its staff.

Front staff were nice and welcoming. Nice and quiet area. Rooms clean and inviting. I felt same and relaxed here. Easy short walk to all public transportation. Only con is no lift if you have heavy luggage. Will definitely book here again when in the area.

This hotel was small but comfortable. Needs a little TLC but good overall. The only issue I didn't like was the aircon set to heat and couldn't change and the million stairs i had to climb to get to my room.

Perfect location near Paddington train station if coming from airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Hyde Park. I booked a single and was given a double room. Small rooms but enough for me and 1 night stay.

The hotel is well positioned with a pub on the corner and restaurants and bars near by.
Our room though has a smell of sewers in the shower room and the landing outside had a terrible smell, which worked into the room.
Then to make things worse once breakfast cooking started the kitchen extract was directly outside of our window.
The beds were OK, but not great.
We may have been unlucky with the room, and others are fine, but that's all we can judge.
There is not a lift, which is fine for us, but those with mobility issues should note.
The welcome was nice and friendly, and as I say, we may have been unlucky.
