Staff are SO accommodating from front desk to restaurant. Very nice menu across the day and well positioned just 10 mins from tube. Even though my room was next to the lift I heard no noise at all. However the AC was very noisy but very well needed. Very spacious bathroom, comfy bed and bedding, T&C etc plus water and cookies as VIP perks along with 20% off food and drink.

Staff were pleasant and efficient, hotel is well located in central London, rooms were tidy and clean although smaller than expected however the building is dated and corridors very small meaning anyone with luggage will struggle. Room facilities were good however noise from the surrounding street with early morning deliveries meant we were awoken early as deliveries were made. Very expensive compared to other hotels and I would shop around as you are probably likely to find better deals for comparable hotels. Originally when booking we decided to opt for this hotel as it was part of the Raddison chain which changed over and although no cosmetic difference was seen it felt it was lacking in that brand level service and expectation.

The hotel has switched off the air conditioning in the rooms so the controls on the wall do not work (public areas still have air conditioning). Couldn’t sleep due to extreme heat. They supply a fan in the room instead, which was pointless. Would never stay there in summer again.

Run down hotel. Needs a refresh. Room was tiny. Bathroom not clean and old Breakfast was basic and coffee horrendous. I won't be staying here again even though the location was great.

The hotel's location is very good, as it is on a street parallel to Oxford Street. When I arrived for check-in, I was informed that my room was no longer available and that they had arranged for me to stay at a different hotel. The staff were very nice and did their best, but I did not expect to be moved far from where I had booked, as I was there for work on a Sunday. I tried to look for the closest hotels, but they were all fully booked due to an event, and they have a first-come, first-served policy. Therefore, 2 hours later, I accepted the offer to be moved, and they kindly offered me breakfast and a taxi. The other hotel was nicer than this one, but the air conditioning was not working. The second night, I went back to this hotel to be allocated a very small single bedroom with a window facing a wall. No upgrade despite gold on Expedia. Not the best experience after a long trip to reach London during the heatwave.

This hotel should not be classified as 4* The quality of the rooms do not reflect that. I feel that the photos on the website do not reflect the reality of what the standard rooms are like. The rooms are very small, either noisy air conditioning or non at all. Blind was full of holes, carpet stained and everything a bit shabby. Very disappointing as I paid for this as a treat for my daughter and it just made her cry

The room was tiny and the shower room barely had enough space for me to move in and I am slim. But the worst thing was the lack of air conditioning. The room was boiling and although a small portable fan was provided, all it did was circulate warm air. It was not worth the price at all.

Air conditioning was broken for room 116. Technician was not available. Cannot be transferred to another room as they were fully booked. No one was sent up or was available to check. Reception suggested we open the windows, which we did. They are actually somewhat doors that can be partially opened to an inaccesible balcony. As we were on the 1st floor, we can definitely hear the traffic, and usual london noise - vehicles and sirens. However, late in the evening the alarm of the car parked literally outside the hotel went on and on for about half an hour. At dawn, a man was heard shouting and woke us up. Overall, a very unrestful evening. Well done to the staff at during breakfast - they were a joy to meet early in the morning when we were not in the right frame of mind. Very polite, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good as well. Reception was as expected and assisted with storing our luggage for a few hours post check-out time.
