Nice room but terrible view so closed the blind. Clean and tidy with pleasant staff. Bar not horrendous prices like others we have stayed in southport.
Bathroom getting in and out of bath for shower was very tight with the radiator so have to be extra careful not to accidentally brush it when undressed and burn.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff very friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was lovely. Would stay here again

What a terrific hotel. Met on arrival by concierge who carried my case to my room. Rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and good quality. Fantastic attention to detail. Allergies were no problem even for afternoon tea. Everything was amazing. I will be back
