From the moment we arrived until our departure we had a lovely couple of nights stay. Breakfast was very good except for the bacon??? Which was more like overcooked turkey ham. Plenty of other options though which were very nice. Staff were attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

So many good things about this hotel: I stayed in a junior suite (just a big bedroom, really!). It was lovely though - spacious, clean, good air con, decent sized bathroom. Really friendly staff, very cheerful and very helpful. The other positive was the gym - possibly the best equipped hotel gym I’ve used. The only downside: if you’re a light sleeper (like me), pack ear-plugs. The road is very noisy and doesn’t seem to let up at any point through the night, and every few minutes there’s a rumble which i guess is from a train line nearby, which actually made the bed shake. Nothing much the hotel can do about this, although double glazing might be a good start. Shame really as, other than that one issue, I loved this hotel!

A really lovely hotel - all staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and more spacious than I had expected and all modern and clean. Nice cooked breakfast with continental options buffet style was appreciated. Would definitely book again if location suited. Excellent location for the Abba arena.

While the hotel and location were very good the bed mattress was terrible. We arrived late from a concert and honestly it was the worst nights sleep for a long time. The bedroom was very good but small and the staff very good and considerate but if you want to sleep well at night demand a new bed or mattress on arrival.

The room is very clean & alstaff waa able to clean the room the day after our check-in. Staff in the reception is very good, helpful and accomodating . However the staff in the restaurant (8th July morning) are quite intimidating. While we are having our breakfast they keep on coming into our table or sneak and we felt like we are being watched with their little gestures. This is so annoying & we felt like weve been discriminated. Please do something about this. We didnt even had a peaceful breakfast. This is our first time to experience on a hotel. We were having a problem that time when my son had allergic reactions whilst on the restaurant and we dont know where it is coming from.

Went to a concert at the (very) nearby London Stadium and so were many fellow guests but despite that it was really quiet and I had a lovely balcony to relax on. Also, the staff were always friendly and welcoming - they were brilliant

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious and the staff were friendly. Would rate 5-stars but there was a noise that happened every 20-30mins which caused me to have a very broken sleep. The sound was like water backing up and was quite loud. I let them know upon my checkout and they were very gracious about it. I would definitely stay again.
