Very clean warm comfortable, and low price!

Excellent location and friendly staff. They stored our luggage before check in and moved it into our room before we got back.

A nice, comfortable, small hotel in Earls Court. A bus stop right in front and a Tesco close by made for a pleasant stay. The staff were all so helpful and nice to us. I would stay there again when in London.

Very clean property prefect for a budget soli traveler. Great location SW Kensington walkable to many neighborhoods with many different cuisines, as well as half a block from a supermarket open until midnight. Only negatives were a slightly cramped shower for tall people and small tv monitor, but they were adequate for myself.

Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed.

A nice hotel, conveniently located to the underground, shops and restaurants. My room had everything I needed, and was cleaned every day. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

For a cheap hotel it was great for our family close to buses and trains and food and the staff were amazing and so helpful and nice

Hotel has a lift. Room was very basic. Room has a fridge which was handy. Bathtub felt a bit unstable.

It’s extremely basic, we got given a room that was right behind reception (which is 24hrs) so we’d hear people coming and going.

Proximity to tube. Great bathroom.

The place was fine. Obviously it was small, but they didn't need to be so shockingly cheap on the little, but important, things to have in the room like firm (not flimsy) plastic hangers, having a little shelf in the shower so you can put your shampoo/soap there, and a towel that will wrap all the way around you. They really don't need to be so cheap on these things. At least the window curtains were opaque which is important in London when it gets light so early in the morning.
