Very clean room , with a nice space and a surprisingly well maintained balcony . The best thing about this hotel wasn’t the Chinese restaurant that has amazing sea food , or the included breakfast but the pool on the top of the building!!! You have to check it out ! We had cocktails before dinner and you get 360 views of the whole city , besides the cocktails are delicious done by the nicest bartenders ! The hotel is very close to the airport so after checkout time we just hung out by the pool, had lunch and waited until it was time to catch our flight back to Los Angeles . The hotel took care of our transportation, we will be definitely back to this hotel !

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, everything went splendidly. I initially planned to stay at the Nagali Hotel for just one night, but thanks to the warm hospitality,
I ended up extending my stay to three nights and I am already planning to return soon
The staff members are what truly make this place exceptional; every single one of them was incredibly professional and friendly.
I didn't feel like just another guest, but rather more like a member of the family.
As for the accommodation, the room itself was spotlessly clean. It featured a great shower and came fully stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a bar of hand soap.
I must highlight that the pillows were very comfortable. While the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, it was still perfectly fine. As a light sleeper,
I would say that while the hotel claims the rooms are soundproof, you can still hear a bit of noise from the next room, as well as traffic if your room happens to face the road.
The breakfast was perfectly fine, though nothing out of the ordinary apart from the rather unexpected addition of spaghetti 🍝 at breakfast time!
A great perk, however, is the free shuttle service to the city centre, which they offer from 11:00 am onwards.
The rooftop is the absolute cherry 🍒 on top. The views are spectacular: the sunrise over the misty forest is unbeatable, and the sunset is equally magnificent.
I highly recommend the Nagali Hotel in Nadi, Fiji.

Overall everything was very good, except for breakfast, tables are not cleaned on time and food not been filled accordingly those were the downsides.

Our fridge and safe did not work and our room smelled like mould. The staff were very polite and helpful but the property is a bit rundown. The bed was comfortable and the location close to the airport, supermarket and restaurants was good.

The rooftop pool is amazing. The lifts have door trouble 😊 First night we had no towels. We never got faceclothes. The breakfast was more suited to Asian cuisine.
It was close to supermarket and a cafe and also MacDonalds. Which was good and reasonable prices. We had king room

The room was generally clean however the bathroom handbasin still had someone else's makeup in it. Wasn't washed. The shower place door had hair on it. Staff came and cleaned it when I called even offered to change rooms.
Staff were amazing. Breakfast was ok.
Tiles around the pool need fixing.
Overall, ok stay.

Terrible experience for a high price tag. Do NOT book!!
Cockroach in room & bathroom.
Rooms not serviced in time and ee had to request basic amenities multiple times as they were not refilled.
Lifts slow and overcrowded, creating backlog getting up or down from rooms.Room paid for was bay view, received room with garden view and told hotel is fully booked.
Breakfast options are okay, but not refilled efficiently and dishes are left on tables long after guests leave. Staff standing around talking amongst themselves, instead of clearing and refilling. The staff do not understand customer service at all.
Location is close to airport and supermarket and few restaurants. Really disappointing experience, will not book again.

The Nalagi seems to be a relatively new hotel and so I was expecting a great deal more than was delivered. I arrived to find that the room type that was booked and paid for was not available. There were two further rooms before I settled for what was available. The room had a balcony that overlooked the sea albeit at a distance. The balcony door could not be locked, neither the phone nor tv worked during the four days I was in that room, on a couple of the days there were no clean towels available. The list goes on. Overall it was a great disappointment. A few years ago this hotel was worth staying in but regrettably never again.
