Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Reception hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM to noon and 3-8 PM, Saturday 8 AM to noon and 2-5 PM (closed on Sundays and bank holidays). Guests arriving outside of these hours must contact the hotel prior to arrival. Guests can acces the property using the code sent by SMS on the day of arrival.
