Friendly helpful staff! The room was clean, updated and they have elevator! The location is excellent! Only 3 minutes walk from the train station, convenient to everything, restaurants, cafes, shopping and all the attractions. Highly recommended Hotel Victoria👍

Small but very clean room.

El hotel muy bueno , nos quedamos en una habitación de tres personas pero Expdia solo nos dió un desayuno y tuvimos que pagar los otros dos cuando decía que el desayuno estaba incluido. El baño del cuarto súper incómodo pero el agua estaba caliente . En fin tiene una buen localidad a pasos de la estación del tren.

The ‘’superior’’ room type booked did not live up to expectation. Bathroom super tiny. Asked for quiet room, but was given one next to a busy staircase. Hotel is well situated, only a few steps from the train station and easy walking distance to many attractions.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Very convenient with a train station nearby and close to the city center.

Somos una familia de tres y solemos viajar mucho durante el año. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante : 1. El personal en general era super pesado y apático (hasta el de limpieza). 2. Calidad- precio, horrible. Pagamos el precio de temporada alta lo admito pero es una ridicules. La habitación esta en un 5to piso (ya lo sabíamos) pero tienes que tomar el ascensor hasta el 4to piso, subir unas escaleras peq. hasta el medio piso, caminar para tomar unas escaleras en caracol hasta el 5to piso luego bajar otras escaleras peq. hasta la habitación. 3. La hab era amplia, no tenis donde colocar la ropa, el baño era del tamaño de una cabina de tren sin ningún tipo de amenidades solo jabón de baño y papel. 4. El desayuno aceptable. No para pagarlo. Positivo: Esta a 4 mins de la estación de tren y puedes accesar caminando a todas las atracciones, restaurantes etc… Repetiría mi estadía. No, es como un hostal con precio de hotel.

Wonderful staff!

Hotel Victoria is an excellent choice if location is your priority. It is only a 3-minute walk from the station, which is a big plus, especially when travelling with heavy luggage. Its proximity to the city centre and key attractions made getting around incredibly convenient. Our room was a triple economy room, accommodating 2 adults and a 10-year-old child. The room itself was on the small side but well kept and perfectly adequate for a short stay. The bathroom was very small; however, somewhat surprisingly, it offered one of the best shower experiences we’ve had. The hotel is on the more expensive side for this time of year, but overall the stay was comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor, which was not a problem for us, though it could be challenging for guests who are overweight, carrying very heavy luggage, or older, as access may require some effort. Breakfast was standard for a 3-star hotel — nothing fancy, but good enough and met our needs for the day. Based on our experience, the recent negative reviews are not justified and did not reflect the quality of our stay. Overall, a solid hotel with an excellent location, comfortable accommodation, and a decent breakfast, as long as you’re aware of the room size and access considerations.

The Hotel was reserved well in advance but the room given to us ( 2 Seniors older than 75) was on the 5th and top floor. To get to the 5th floor room you could take the elevator only to the 4th floor. In addition, there were 2 more level of stairs to navigate with our luggage. The room was very small with 2 more levels or steps. The male desk clerk was not very pleasant or welcoming.

Two stars is generous. If you are used to normal sized hotel rooms do NOT go here, the rooms are under 200 sqft. Could not even open two suitcases at once. If anything get the family room even if it’s for two people, they kindly upgraded our room to that. There are no amenities, no coffee, no shampoo / conditioner, no fridge. Bed sheets were just placed on the bed when we got there as well so we had to make the bed. There is only weird fluorescent lighting. The bathrooms are made of plastic, and are extremely small you cannot even move, felt like an RV bathroom. Mold in showers, and showers overflowed when in use. Front desk was unkind when checking in as well. Go here if it’s your last resort, but I would advise heavily against it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Room and bath were plenty big enough.

The hotel is superbly located, being a 5 minute walk away from the main railway station and 10 minutes from the central shopping areas. Throughout my stay all the staff were kind, informative and very helpful. I would recommend the hotel for a short stay and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, the room was small but clean and nicely decorated. Plus a very nice breakfast was included.

Very convenient from the rail station, and then quick access to La Petite France. Lots of sound come up from the street, so you will want to wear the supplied ear plugs.
