Petite Eiffel Hotel was clean, quiet and perfectly situated to the tower. Everything is in walking distance (20k steps per day). The hotel has its own breakfast space but we preferred the corner restaurant next door. The only down side to our room were the stairs and the luggage.

Kind helpfull staff. Helpful with any information on how to get anywhere and always helpful when finding modes of transportation. Also if you could check the local meat and fruit market you wont be dissapointed.
Nice bonus, there is a really nice laundromat not to far away from the grocery store nearby, perfect if you have more stops after paris.

Small room, on 4th floor, clean. $22 for breakfast in the lobby, I recommend walking to a near by bakery or restaurant for a good selection. Coffee in the lobby was great. We enjoyed the room, but did feel we over payed for a very small room. We walked about 7 blocks to the tower, and can catch the RER or Uber right out front.

Property is close to train and bus routes. Easy to find/access. Staff was pleasant. There wasn’t a kitchen space so if you’re not taking breakfast included options you will need to go out as there’s no tea.

Hallways are dark into you hit the light motion sensor. Always are about 30 inches wide. You have 2.5 feet on either side of the bed and at the foot of the bed for walking space

The ladies and young man at the desk were nice and receptive. The young man on the night shift was extremely patience in helping me decipher my airline ticket. Housekeeping came on daily made and cleaned

The price is expensive but the room is very small and narrow, not worth the price. I might not recommend it to anyone because it's not very safe. There were some stalkers following me and surrounding me. But luckily, someone came to help chase me away.

My rating would be between good and excellent. The location is great. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and directly across from Metro. The staff was very helpful. But be aware the rooms are very tiny which is pretty typical of Paris. We spent our stay living out of our suitcases as there really wasn’t much room for storing your items.
This is an older building, however, I was quite happy that the bathrooms were updated and quite nice.
Again, would recommend but just be aware your room will be small.
