ibis Paris CDG Airport

Staff extremely helpful with directions to train and shuttle. Location was excellent to proximity to train station. Comfortable, functional stay. We will definitely book-in with IBIS Paris CDG Airport again.

The room was in a great spot and easy to travel to. The room wasn’t fully clean as there were things left in the washroom. The washroom was also very very small but other than that they stay was great.

Room was small, cheap towels, no air conditioning.

Clean room, and we can walk to terminal 3 with our luggage

Very close to terminal 3 and access to the other terminals via the inter-terminal train. There is also a large bus terminal (e.g for getting to/from the city, which is far cheaper than taking the airport train), and a super market nearby

Comfortable basic room with no facilities (coffee/tea/bottled water). Location is its biggest asset. Confusing check in area and poor signage for directions to rooms

They gave us a room with no air conditioning in the middle of summer, with temperatures over 80 degrees. We initially assumed the AC was out for the entire hotel (since they actually informed us -no AC). Being too tired we tried to go to the room to get some sleep, but it was impossible. The tiny room was unbearably hot, and the window only opened a small sliver at the top. We went downstairs to figure out what to do, fully expecting we’d need to move to a nearby hotel. Only after raising our voices were we suddenly given a room with air conditioning. Completely unacceptable — if an air‑conditioned room was available, why try to squeeze guests into a stifling room for a miserable night? Mold on the bathroom wall around the circular window only added to disappointment.

Stayed for. four nights. Overall very impressed with hotel. I booked this because hotels in central Paris were very expensive at the time I was visiting. The monorail took us to the main metro station located in the airport very quickly and conveniently every day. The breakfast was brilliant for an airport hotel. Fresh and with a good variety. Only negatives were a coffee machine that was broken in the room and the fact that the staff would only leave one teabag each day even though there were two of us staying there. Also the hand wash and body wash were down to the last bit when we arrived and were not refilled the following morning. We had to ask for more at the front desk.

Service souriant, propreté et commodités bien pratiques.

We had a clean bare bones, basic room. We had a thermostat that didn’t seem to work luckily it was a cool day and we were able to open the window to get some air for the evening. We couldn’t tell what temperature is because everything on the thermostat was rubbed off, so you just had a dial and you guessed what you were setting it to. Good place to stay if you are just there to catch a flight.

Clean room.. good breakfast.. helpful staff.. the airport shuttle was just a few steps away so the route to airport from the hotel was quite easy and quick.

Location is perfect..very convenient to go to the airport

A very convenient hotel at CDG, however not very clean and staff was overwhelmed and grumpy. Would stay again, just for the convenience.
