We extended our stay and i would say from the first room and the second room there pros and cons in both the bed was hard as a rock in the second room cleaning service was spectacular very attentive close to the tram and train station very quiet area would recommend staying here

Basic hotel , good location for Bercy Easy access to metro. We were arriving late as flight delayed , tried calling property several times ,it rang them cut off . Messages property questions a few days before arrival , no answer , so this could be improved

Satisfied with my accomodations. The rooms are big with French windows that bring natural light. The beds were comfortable. It's outside of the city center. However, a few minutes walk to public transportation that would take you to it. The area has the best oriental food and Michelin star restaurants. The hotel is lacking of curb appeal. Le nettoyage de la chambre laissait à désirer. Pas très propre. La chambre était un vrai sauna. Même avec la fenêtre ouverte, pas moyen de faire baisser la température. Chaleur accablante dans la chambre. La seule chose que j'ai aimé de mon expérience c'était la qualité du petit déjeuner. Très bien, sauf le café qui n'est pas assez fort et qui ne goûte pas grand chose.

The breakfast is a good thing even if additional. I wished there were more closer places to eat. It was close to transportion. I never felt unsafe. I wished the aircon on the bedrooms were better. Room and bathroom were great. I did have some issues with the hot water as the shower would go cold at times.

The check in experience was good friendly staff , The overall stay was not at all impressive very hot in the room no AC lots of spiders very dirty mold in the wicker storage containers !! Myself and the kids were bitten through the night all with bites that were swollen and hot to touch

The room was run down and not enough space for 5 even though it says you can fit up to 6. The bathroom needed some work. Cracks all over, shower leaked, just very tight

Worst night in a hotel ever. There was no air conditioning so we didn’t sleep even one minute. Hard beds. Dangerous window for kids. Broken door. Terrible. Spend a bit more, go somewhere else and get the basic requirement of a hotel - an actual nights sleep!

There was only ever one person on the desk who worked really hard but really there needed to be two. We had three rooms, all were clean. It was not possible to open the window in one of the rooms which made it very hot, the fan just moved the hot air around the room. The transport links were good. Food choices in the area were international rather than french.
