Pullman Paris Centre Bercy

Fabulous time with nearby shops and restaurants.

Very soon after reserving we had a family incident that caused us to cancel our trip. The hotel would not refund our costs under any circumstances. Therefore, I kept the reservation and just did not use it.

Loved the stay & nice open space

This is a perfect location to explore the city. The hotel is also very family friendly. Being so close to Bercy Village is useful for excellent dining options and shopping. We would stay here again.

It is away from the madness of Paris center but yet, closed enough. Easy access all around town. Modern facility, big rooms.

The subway is 5 min walk only and it goes to the Orly Aéroport. A lot of of dinning options nearby.

The overall stay was pleasant, staff are helpful and welcoming. However, a few things had disappointed us. Firstly, they have chromecast in the bedrooms, it worked the first half of our stay then all of a sudden one evening it was not there anymore and after consulting with the front desk, they sent a technician up who had a look but couldn’t fix it. The matter was just left unresolved and we didn’t bother with the tv for our last 3 nights. We did have to request more than once for extra towels as they did not get sent up after asking the first time. There was also a situation where the cleaner had taken our robes but didn’t replace them and we again had to request twice for these which delayed our pool time. In the spa area, on the first day the Hammam was not on and we had to find someone who could turn it on and we didn’t use it this day as it wasn’t hot enough due to being off all morning. The hammam was fine for the rest of the trip but then the sauna was out of service with the door being off the hinges so we were unable to use this for most of our stay. The pool is nice, warm and of a good size. We enjoyed the breakfast however there was no halal meat/chicken option or alternatives for these so we stuck with eggs pastries the whole stay. Upon arriving, I was asked to pay a €450 deposit for room charges which I did not pay as I was told prior to my stay that it would be €150 so after a bit of back and forth agreed that I would only pay €150. Overall good Stay

A wonderful place to stay on the outer edge of Paris city Metro super close, really quaint shopping and dining close to the hotel parking across the street fantastic probably cheapest in Paris €16 a day

Construction works nearby

The property was near a small shopping area which was nice . Didn’t like that there was 4 of us and they would always only leave 2 towels. Also didn’t refill towel paper one day . The pool had 1 hour limit and needed to be reserved.

Nous avons eu un beau séjour au Pullman. Les employés sont à l’écoute de nos attentes. Nous avions eu quelques problème avec notre baignoire et ils ont tout de suite réglé la situation! Je recommande grandement cet hôtel sécuritaire et luxueux.

Location is good and easy to walk to resturants, market and subway!

We like this hotel very much! As it close to the subway and to the Arena Bercy. Rooms are big enough. Service is incredible.

Great location, excellent restaurant precinct within walking distance. Great staff who were very helpful and provided advice on our travel arrangements. Well appointed comfortable rooms.

The Pullman Bercey is a good hotel. The staff was excellent and it was close to the Metro which made getting around easy. The decor in the room seemed a bit outdated and worn but overall it was a good stay.

Good place to stay

Great placed to stay for families; just outside of Paris city center; Pool and other amenities were fantastic! There was one day when the power was out which meant elevators were not operating and the pool was closed, but overall, everyone was very helpful, friendly, and the hotel was great!
