Pullman Paris Centre Bercy

Excellent location, close to metro, easy to get to attractions. Excellent restaurant on site, plus many options in the little shopping area adjacent to the hotel.

Room was big. We had deluxe room. It was a corner room so the windows opened...great for fresh air.the regular rooms do not have this.swimming pool is lovely. You book your slot but it was never busy. Family hours are from 9-11am. Robes in the room are used as there is no changing rooms. Drinks in the bar are a little expensive, 14 euro for ipa. But there are so many little eateries and bars nearby, it shouldnt be an issue. Free fuseball and tabletennis in the lobby. Great fun! 4 min walk to metro which stops at chatelet..v central. Overall, i would stay here agaiin without hesitation.

Didn’t utilized the spa. But hotel rooms are cleaned well.

Great experience

Firsty, on arrival we had to pay 300 Euros. The reason we chose this property was because it didn't detail anywhere about any deposit. Like so many of the other hotels. So be aware of this! The good bits..... Amazing breakfast, lots of choice and open between 6.30am and 11am. The staff were polite. A lot of the staff spoke English. A beautiful terrace that you could sit out on. A great swimming pool, facilities and right next to Bercy Village. It is also a three minute walk to the Metro station Cour Saint-Emilion. So really easy to get into the centre of Paris. A very nice, safe area with lots of cafes and eating places. The annoying bits..... Well having to pay a 300 Euro deposit without being made aware of this! The staff were polite, however, when I asked for a new hairdryer (the one in our room was broken) one never appeared. We were there for 5 nights. I also asked for a jug of water and we never received this either. So the staff aren't very good when you ask for things. The hotel is a bit run down. Though the bathrooms are beautiful and well equipped. Very expensive if you purchase any food or drinks. Although having a drink on their beautiful terrace is worth it! Not a lot of food choice either. Hotel isn't as lovely as the pictures. Big hotel. It could be better! But a reasonable stay in a decent, Parisian area.

We arrived a little early and simply inquired about leaving our luggage but to our pleasant surprise they allowed us early check in. This is a wonderful thing following a full day of travel.

Customer service was great, parking was easy.

Overall a nice property downside very stingy on water only 2 bottles a day and you can’t have them refilled. Contacted them way in advance as we were staying to celebrate our anniversary they never responded or acknowledged some staff members need to work on their customer service skills

Comfort bed and friendly staff

Amazing location! Loved Bercy Village a 5 min walk to dozens of restaurants and a Carrefour Market, plus an excellent Boulangerie where we got pasteries and breakfast almost every day for amazing prices. The pool, the amenities everything was amazing and the staff, probably the most helpful during our entire trip. And right next to Metro! This is where I’d go back to every time,

Comfortable stay in an area that has been redeveloped with shops and cafes. Marie was exceptionally helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us

We had a great stay at the hotel. Friendly staff, good air conditioning in the rooms, and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with metro ligne 14 walking distance. Exceptional breakfast. Room are modern and clean and good size for Paris. Quality beds but little small for American standard.

Very nice hotel, one of the best we've stayed at. Close to the 14 Metro line and an outdoor mall. Nice big room, with robes and slippers, all the amenities.

Fabulous time with nearby shops and restaurants.

Very soon after reserving we had a family incident that caused us to cancel our trip. The hotel would not refund our costs under any circumstances. Therefore, I kept the reservation and just did not use it.
