Great central location to stay!

Central location! Walkable to old town and convenient breakfast spots opposite the hotel which open at 8am/9am.

Staff unable to solve a simple problem and kept dragging and delaying a situation that should have taken 5-10 minutes to solve. Maybe I am used to USA where customer service, employee initiative and empowerment is valued. Employees at this hotel were unable to take ownership of a straight forward problem (to change my reservations from 20-20 to 18-20, when plenty of rooms were available according to their own word. Besides this inability to solve this simple problem, the hotel is not to my taste. It seems it was designed by kindergarten children, making the room more suitable for children. I also found simple things as enough hangers, place to hang towels, unable to move desk chair due to lack of space. So after getting thoroughly frustrated at hotel inability to change dates, we moved out to cheaper hotel at 1/3 the cost and never felt inconvenienced at our new, cheaper hotel. Ended up losing all our money, since we had to depart sooner

Good location. Everything is perfect

Nice hotel and clean room. Helpful and kind staff. Walking distance to Freedom square and few other places of interest and sightseeing options in Tbilisi. Heaps of restaurants and cafes literally right on the doorstep of the hotel. However, the bed was pretty small and may get noisy as it’s a busy street.

This is a perfect small hotel in the heart of the old city. Stylish, fun, and very comfortable.

Very friendly and clean.

I arrived at the hotel early morning with my wife. Front desk taff, Ketevan and Luka was so nice and allow us to breakfast buffet. We have a full day tour, so Ketevan willing to hold my luggages until coming back from day tour. We stayed 4 nights. Only problem was that room was so cold because hotel doesn't provide heater until 3rd day.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just one minute from freedom square. Although it is central, the hotel is quite quiet and has good insulation. There is absolutely no noise from the side and upper rooms. The hotel building is new and cleanliness was very good. The breakfast is above average, but I can't say it's great. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. It got full marks from me and I recommend it to everyone for Tbilisi accommodation. Otelin konumu mükemmel, özgürlük meydanına 1 dakika. Merkezi olmasına rağmen oldukça otel sessiz ve izolasyonu iyi. Yan ve üst odadankesinlikle gürültü gelmiyor. Otelin binası yeni ve temizlik çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı ortalamanın üzerinde ama harika olduğunu söyleyemem. Otelde en sevdiğim şeylerden birisi de klozetlerde “taharet musluğu” olmasıydı, sırf bu yüzden bile tercih sebebi olabilir. Personel de gayet güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Benden tam puan aldı ve Tiflis konaklaması için herkese tavsiye ederim.
