The hotel staff is not so friendly. Cleanness could be improved. They charged 8 Euros for using the bath robe. The thermal bad facility is large, but the water temperature is relatively cool. In the evening of our stay, something went wrong so the water Sprudels did not work. The staff said they would fix them, but it was not turned back on. The next morning, they were operating, but came out very infrequently. I would not recommend to use the thermal bad here.

What's Good;
- Pleasant staff.
- Good size room.
- Breakfast was good.
- Evening buffet dinner was good.
Not so good;
- Very limited choice of English speaking programs on TV.
- Various signs were in German with no English translation.
- Snacks and drinks in the fridge in the room were expensive.
- Cleaning lady knocked on the door at 09:10 am. Had to tell her on 3 separate occasions
that the room did not need to be cleaned. Same problem on the following morning. The cleaning
ladies need to learn the English language.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit einer tollen Therme. Wir hatten als kleine Familie wirklich unseren Spaß.
Der Bademantelgang zum erreichen der Therme war super, das Frühstück wirklich klasse! Da könnte sich das ein oder andere 4*S Hotel eine Scheibe abschneiden.
Ob 25 Euro pro Nacht für einen Hund gerechtfertigt sind, muss jeder selbst wissen. Ich habe es auch schon günstiger erlebt. Lediglich in Amsterdam war es teurer.
Weiterhin finde ich, dass der Parkplatz kostenlos für Hotelgäste sein sollte. Außen herum gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten, so dass die Gäste gezwungen werden hier zu parken. 7 Euro ist für manche sicher viel Geld. (7 Euro p. Nacht)
Versteckte Kosten, die so nicht angekündigt waren.
Das Restaurantpersonal war wirklich unheimlich freundlich! Besonders der junge Mitarbeiter mit den Tattoos an den Unterarmen war sehr zuvorkommend. Dies zog sich (eigentlich) durch alle Mitarbeiter die man so antraf. Winzige Ausnahme sind die Rezeptionisten. Gerade das Aushängeschild eines Hotels sollte nicht immer nach 7 Tagen Regenwetter drein schauen. Trotzdem alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Im Sonmer sicher noch lohnenswerter, wenn man nicht ein Sauna-Ultra ist.

Wir sind schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel gewesen. Das bedeutet leider auch, dass man so über die Jahre seine Erwartungen hat. Schwierig für ein Hotel eine guten Level immer zu halten. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichen Personal Es hat wieder gut gefallen, dass die Nutzung des Schwimmbades und der Sauna im Preis inbegriffen sind, die Nutzung sehr komplikationsfrei funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist gut mit Verbesserungspotential im Bereich Wurst und Käse, welche wie Dauerwust und Käse wirkt, aber auch hier ist es klagen auf hohen Niveau denn es ist alles da und wird ständig aufgefüllt. Ein weiterer Punkt, es gefiel uns früher im oberen Restaurant Bereich besser als wie jetzt im unteren Bereich.
Ein Ärgernis und für uns großes Manko ist der mittlerweile Gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Vor Corona noch gebührenfrei, kostete er dann 5,- € pro Tag/Nacht, jetzt sogar 7,- €. Für Hotelgäste die nur dort parken können, fühlt sich das nach abzocke der Stadt Heiligenstadt an. Dem Hotel sind leider die Hände gebunden, da der Parkplatz der Stadt gehört.
Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel empfehlen und werden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr sauber, Frühstück reichhaltig und ausgewogen, Doppelzimmer war groß, Spielecke für Kinder im Foyer vorhanden, Foyer mit Getränkeservice und Spielen für Erwachsene, Märchenpark direkt am Hotel, Schwimmbad sauber, Massage (Gesicht) war okay (kein Aroma und keine Musik). Buffet fanden wir zu teuer (ca. 35 Euro). Man kann aber super in 5 Minuten Restaurants in der Nähe aufsuchen. Der Burger mit Schweinepatty ist Geschmacksache, unser Fall war es nicht.
