What can I say? Everything perfect - nothing to add. A highlight is definitely the spa area and also the salt water pools. Also, the dinner was the best dinner I have ever had in Germany.

+ Very big room with a lot of windows + two mini fridges + very very nice swimming pool + good organized services + very friendly staff - they can some times wash carpets and sofa, they were dirty - food in hotel was very expensive and there was no dining option around

Very well appointed rooms in a useful location for work, Covid measures were reassuring.

The hotel staff is not so friendly. Cleanness could be improved. They charged 8 Euros for using the bath robe. The thermal bad facility is large, but the water temperature is relatively cool. In the evening of our stay, something went wrong so the water Sprudels did not work. The staff said they would fix them, but it was not turned back on. The next morning, they were operating, but came out very infrequently. I would not recommend to use the thermal bad here.

A dated but clean hotel. Everything is OK, but furnishings etc all old. Gym and spa are OK.

What's Good; - Pleasant staff. - Good size room. - Breakfast was good. - Evening buffet dinner was good. Not so good; - Very limited choice of English speaking programs on TV. - Various signs were in German with no English translation. - Snacks and drinks in the fridge in the room were expensive. - Cleaning lady knocked on the door at 09:10 am. Had to tell her on 3 separate occasions that the room did not need to be cleaned. Same problem on the following morning. The cleaning ladies need to learn the English language.

Service was excellent and extremely efficient. Highly recommended.

Sehr gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, sehr netter Empfang, schönes Zimmer mit gutem Bett, Bundle mit angeschlossenem "Badeland" - all das lässt mich überlegen, ob ich nicht allein dafür für ein Wochenende nach Heilbad Heiligenstadt zurückkomme...

Sehr schöner Saunabereich. Frühstück war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vi vil klart anbefale dette hotel. 3. Gang vi bor på dette skønne hotel. En børnefamilie kommer ikke til at kede sig her, vi havde 4 overnatninger denne gang. Der var kun et minus, restauranten er desværre ALT for dyr for en familie på 4 hvor både voksne og børn over 6 år. skal betale 39€ pr. Person plus drikkevarer.Vi valgte at spise i byen hver aften af denne grund.
