Mövenpick Hotel Münster

Carpark payment would be helpful if credit cards could be used. Post covid bar glet is hardly carried.

Not worth the money. Would stay elsewhere next time. Restaurant is very expensive with mediocre food

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Positive was the staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the gym/sauna area was beautiful. Location great right by the lake with walking paths and restaurants. Negative, cleanliness was the biggest issue. Our bathroom did not look cleaned up upon arrival. Someone's razor with hair in it was left in our shower. I asked my room to be cleaned, was gone for over 4 hours and it was not done when I returned. I then asked for clean towels in lieu of a cleaning and they were never delivered until I asked a second time. Lamps and corners were dusty and some even had cobwebs. Bed seemed clean, but clearly there is no attention to detail in the cleaning. The property was also very dated looking and not like the photos. Will not stay here again.

Very nice result. Amazing sauna. Quite, walkable to the lake.

Friendly staff

Good hotel next to a beautiful lake to walk around. Onl pne point is that the restaurant was closed and the pop up restaulrant was in a marquee tent. Breakfast was lovely but it would have been good to know this was the case.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is a very convenient location, walkable to everything, yet very quiet and peaceful. Very clean with a wonderful staff. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Very comfortable rooms. We loved peaceful location - near the Aasee lake, with greenery around. A pleasant 20-minute walk into the town centre. The staff were very friendly & helpful, especially Agnes on the front desk, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast selection, including eggs cooked to order, & lovely range of breads. The bar was OK but rather lacking in atmosphere, especially for a late-evening drink.

Amazing Hotel. Close to awesome shops and the Hotel food and customer service was awesome. We will stay here for now on.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and attentive staff. It’s a bit of a hike from the city proper, and the on site restaurant is pretty pricey, especially compared to the area. Only major gripe is that there are not “laundry facilities” as listen in the hotel amenities. There is a laundry SERVICE at ridiculous prices.

Very clean, nice location next to a lake, but not convenient to other dining options. Hotel restaurant was expensive for the experience.

This place was wonderful for our 2 night stay. We were very pleased with the location to the botanical gardens, restaurant, lake and university of Münster. Nice room and mini bar options! Clean and friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The staff were amazing. The restaurant and bar are top notch. The room that we stayed in is a bit dated and the bathroom could use a better door. Great location though.

It was a great stay. I enjoyed the size of the room and the great service. I would gladly stay again.

Hotel is clean staff are friendly, food is good, however parking is expensive 17€ per day/Night. Pillows on bed awful. Noise in the back rooms is bad at night when kitchen staff are cleaning and moving huge metal bins around at 1am. Also hospital near by so sirens going off every half an hour.

We would like to mention how very friendly the staff were, they gave us great service. All the staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and reception were excellent. Munster is a fantastic city to visit and Movenpick the best hotel, perfectly situated.

We liked the hotel, its location and particularly the dinner in the Movenpick restaurant...
