The Frankfurt provided what we needed for our short stay. Closeness to the train station and walking distance to the Christmas Markets was great. We didn't like the area it was surrounded by so much, but we made it work.

I have no idea how this hotel gets such a high rating on this site. It’s dirty with stains in the carpets and curtains. Towels had holes in them, old and frayed. Dusty, holes in the walls our mini bar had half drunk items still in there. It was hot in our room and they had turned off the aircon for the season, so we couldn’t cool it. The area outside the hotel in not great and does not feel safe with drug deals and vomit in the street from the pub next door.

Good hotel, nice enough. Nothing special, but nothing bad either. It works, wold stay again if budget is primary. Across the train central station, that is good . Room was nice and clean. The area around hotel is not the best but it won’t creep you out either. Is safe.

The hotel itself is good. The front staff could be friendlier .Our room was large and clean. We asked for extra pillows as they were quite thin for our preference.
It was in a very convenient location right across from the train station but it was a very busy and at times uncomfortable environment.

The hotel was like a basic business hotel. It was clean and the staff was helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. Location was good, being close to the train station, the bad part is that the area is a bit questionable, as most areas near train stations and a little noisy at night. Although we had no issues outside the hotel.

This is a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced hotel near Frankfurt HBF (Main train station). We used it for our last night in Germany to easily get to the Frankfurt airport. The staff was friendly, and while we didn't have breakfast, it was available and looked like a great selection. We would certainly stay there again if our travels take us through Frankfurt.

A lot of homeless and people hanging out as soon as you get out of the hotel door. We felt very unsafe but Very convenient to train station and a lot of food shops around.

Nice hotel close to station. It is next to o’reilly’s and the dodgy area around the front of the station so need to be careful at night

The hotel is ok. It's clean and conveniently located close to the train station. The guy who was in charge of my check-in was a bit rude
Also, the pillows suck. We have to ask for a couple extra ones to try and make them into a decent pillow for sleep but they were still lacking the quality of a good one
