The property was great. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The everyday greetings: good morning, good afternoon, etc were pleasant. One thing, I didn’t like was the sewer smell from almost dried “creek”, on the property. Still absolutely beautiful; beaches and comfortable beds, the people!

Room was clean. No lamps in the room at all for bedtime reading or wind down just jarring bright ceiling lights. Staff was slow and a little lazy. Bar took forever to get a drink no urgency from staff - breakfast was okay, dinner food took forever to come and was cold

Breakfast was the best thing about the hotel. Room was very basic. Once I checked into my room i noticed there was no towels. Second day my room wasn’t cleaned at all. Overall very basic hotel nothing special, just a place to lay your head and access to the best beach on the island

The rooms are dated. Low pressure water in the sink. The grounds are kept clean. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly. Even though the beaches are public in Grenada the Radisson does a great job at making sure the beach area where the hotel is at is clean.

BOOK HERE .. you wont regret it .. great staff and location .. The food was excellent, it was truly amazing .. From the time we check in there’s a young man there that was soo professional and pleasant made the check in process supper easy .. Rohney was efficient love them .. The server/ bar attender Shenard went above and beyond For me and my family , her service was excellent . Her drinks was EVERYTHING .. AND Rena was super attentive and took great care of us … her service was top tier . GOD bless them.. pls book here you wont be disappointed.. this was our second time at this resort .. highly recommended….

Serving staff was efficient and friendly especially at breakfast. However, staff in reception area was not. We got our room an hour late after sitting in the lobby for 2 hrs, and seeing a multitude of guests arrive after us and given their room keys. Its only after asking twice then we were given our room. No apologies while we waited, and absolutely NO refreshments offered although every guest received after we arrived. No attempt at compensation for this issue was done. Everything else at the hotel was great.

When we checked in - it was a HORRIBLE room - dirty, broken things, unacceptable. After some time we were assigned another room - at another wing of the property - and everything was fine there . So he average of 1 and 5 is 2.5 - I give it a 3 - to be generous. The food service was awful. Slow service, wrong items served - after waiting for almost an hour - dirty dishes left right next to us when guests had left. We stopped eating on premises. The beach was lovely and the property is beautifully i landscaped.
