Mr. Tucan Hotel

Absolutely everything that was advertised at Mr Tucan met and far exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean, everything we needed that we expected was available to us, and the staff were always very helpful, friendly and professional. Thanks to Santiago & Dayna at Reception, and Wendy in Management throughout our stay. All the Bean Crazy Restaurant staff were amazing including Betsy, Jackson, Rhianna and many more. The included breakfast and everything else we ordered at the restaurant was delicious. The housekeeping staff were always friendly and accommodating for anything we needed and security was always professional and present on the property which made it feel very secure (however, we never felt like it was unsafe anywhere). Thank you!

We loved Mr. Tucan Hotel. It was our first time in Roatan and they made everything easy. They helped with transportation and let us keep our bags in the office before we could check in and after we checked out our last day. They have a great location right across the street from the beach. The area and beach do get crowded, especially when cruise ships are in port but we had our chairs and towels from Mr. Tucans so there was never a worry. We were in the penthouse suite - the view was gorgeous but it doesn't have a private balcony and while the window opens there is no screen. We love being outside and listening to the ocean at night so we couldn't do that but the room was comfortable and view was amazing none the less. There are a ton of bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Bean Crazy is right on property and was really good and the staff was amazing! Great breakfast and lunch and cheap beers! We also loved Beachers down the road. Great food and friendly staff, right on the water. We snorkeled in the bay and saw a lot of fish! Again, it can get crowded but we would go earlier in the morning before the crowds and had a great time. While the crowds are typically not our style, we really enjoyed our stay at Mr. Toucans and the West End.

These staff was wonderful, the area was right next to everything we needed, beach was right out front across the road, we had a wonderful stay, thank you Mr Tucan!

Very clean and a great location.

Amazing ocean view from second floor shared patio! The room is what you would expect for an island hotel. Access to beach takes 1 minute from room to beach. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Breakfast is great and included at Bean crazy. We will be back next year!

Location, quality of room, cleanliness.

The hotel is lovely. The room was clean, the housekeeping staff were wonderful as were all the hotel staff. Everything we might have needed were looked after. It was a great 10 days.

Clean rooms, good value, excellent beach access, all the key elements necessary for a fabulous Caribbean holiday.

Centrally located in the West End. Great local shopping, bars, good selection of restaurants. The staff here as well as in the Cafe were so friendly. The breakfast choices that were included were so filling. Beach well kept right across the street. The rooms could be undated but fine for our purposes.

It was a great spot with a beautiful ocean view across the street. The staff was very friendly. The only drawback for me was that there was no hot water on the floor we were on.
