Central position , very clean, excellent value for money.

It is very bad .the real price for this room 40pound on the hotel wipe Sid not 109 .there is some thing tong.

Everything was okay in our first night. Very satisfied with the room even it is small. Easy to locate. But, there are wifi problems in our second night and third night. We feel disappointed with the wifi. But overall was okay, very nice place, clean, beautiful room and got water supply everyday.

Lady how work there was extra nice and helpful. Location is great. Room small but in very good condition. Perfect for couples.

Good experience as everyday housekeeping being done and aunty very friendly. Even have us macau dollar for us to use as she not using of it. Last but not least, strategic location, with security code to enter the building. Will recommend this place.

We had a very early flight in which made it difficult to arrange a bag drop but managed to work something out. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.

Great value for money, ideal location, room was very clean and the lady in charge was extremely nice and helpful. Everything worked perfectly well and sheets/towels were changed every 2 days and the room cleaned frequently. Really couldn't ask for much more if you want to explore HK as the MTR (metro) is just around the corner and hotel located on Nathan Road which is the main street for shops etc. For a budget hotel you really won't go wrong, it's probably the best value for money hotel I've ever stayed in!

Small room but within out expectations. It has all the basic needs, excellent location. The staffs/manager are really nice and helpful. Would like to stay here again if we visiting HK next time.

Small room. Don't appropriate large body. Comfortable travel because bus stop is front hotel.

Very good considering the normal standards for this type of place. The bathroom was small but stylish, and the room came with small comforts like kettle, mini fridge, comb, cups, shampoo and soap, etc. A/C was very cool in the summer, furniture was nice. Host was friendly. Lockitron-style doors are awesome.

Worth the money

Easy access with no keys to worry about as coded doors. Room the tiniest ever and nowhere to put bags. It was clean though and had everything you needed. Was a bit of a musty smell which we reckon was from the room getting flooded numerous times as we found out after the first shower and water splashing through the door! Not so good with bags having to sit on the floor. Overall though all cosy and great location to everything in Kowloon and boats to get across to Hong Kong Island.

Yotel Cha Cha Location was Great and hotel staffs were EXCELLENT.

Overall it was better than i thought it would be. The hotel is small in size as expected but it was clean, the staff/owner was very accommodating if you have any requests, the building, golden crown court is also clean and quiet compared to other buildings near it. The location was perfect because it's very accessible to public transportation and a few minutes walk to shopping areas. One complaint i had was the heater of the shower was not working properly, after a few minutes the water turns cold and takes a long time for it to warm up again.

Located at the heart of TST. From TST MTR station exit at A2. The building is located across the Giordano store. Very nice location because everything is near the area. The rooms are clean, tho very small. It will only fit 2, but you won't stay inside the room for more than 8hrs in a day so it doesn't matter.

Stayed there for 5 nights, the hotel was clean and comfy although it did not match with the pictures shown. Had some problems with the toilet flush initially but the problem was solved by the friendly hotel staff. Hotel is also located conveniently to various shopping places and also the MTR. However, getting your way back to the hotel room could be abit troublesome as you have to wait and squeeze in the lift with several passengers. Overall it was a good experience staying in the hotel.
