A very good choice of buffet for breakfast and dinner. The food is always delicious. The room service was also very good, including the portion sizes. The staff looked after us very well. They accommodated us as much as possible as we needed an early check in and late check out, this made our stay more relaxed. Kundan and Amanpreet were friendly but professional. The shopping mall next to the hotel is great.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely kind, courteous, and cooperative, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The morning breakfast was the highlight of our stay—excellent variety, great quality, and very well managed. A special thank you to the entire team, especially Aman, Tanish, Nitin, Tania, Ajay, Anjali, and Chef Ankit. Each one of them went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect and that we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Ludhiana.
