Pool area is very nice. Nearby shopping mall (10 minute walk) had full complement of shops and restaurants both fast food and sit down full Menu choices. There is an ATM on lower level of mall.

Everything was perfect, great hospitality. One complain.. if youre going to charge Rs900 for airport cab, pleasee keep change ready... " sorry sir we dont have change" doesnt sound very good. I was going to leave the 100 with you anyways, but it wouldve felt better had you guys offered the change.

Nothing fancy but good stay for a night. Rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side. Walls are thin so you can hear the noise but if yu use ear plugs it us fine. Convenient hotel and decent price for one night

Staff courteous and helpful. Rooms a little dated especially the pod bathroom we had but apparently the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. Nice area with a few restaurants, coffee shops nearby and close to the airport.

Great location and excellent walkability to local restaurants and shops. The hotel decor is hip and appears to be fairly new, but a closer, deeper look reveals the actual age of the infrastructure. Regardless, the the convenience of location and friendliness of staff make this an excellent option in Aerocity. I would stay here during a future visit.

Front desk staff was wonderful. Bed was great. Bathroom in need of updating— mirror was peeling; shower had no lip or curb, and the drain was not working well, so water flowed onto bathroom floor. Also sink drain was very slow.Breakfast was advertised to be longest open of restaurants in area but closed at 10:30, not later .

Staff were lovely . Older. Would rather spend the money and upgrade to either of her sister properties- the Novotel or the Pullman. Room smelt stale and moldy. Bedroom tiny and bathroom is a prefab that feels like it belongs in a boat. Room was clean however and location is great, it’s in good company with JW Marriott, the Hyatt, Novotel and the Pullman all within mere meters of each other.
