The Lalit Mumbai is a clean and modern style hotel. Great location near the Mumbai International airport. The hotel has nicely appointed rooms decorated with wood accents. I had booked an Executive King Club room. The access to the executive lounge on the 6th floor made my 6 day stay at the hotel quite comfortable. The lounge serves breakfast in the morning, high tea in the afternoon, and drinks and appetizers in the evening. The staff at the hotel was quite helpful and courteous. I especially appreciated the 2 guys that work the executive lounge. They provided quick service everyday.

“Embassy Suites” like courtyard all the rooms open to, well-equipped gym and pool- and a short 10-15 min ride to the Intl airport. Complimentary shuttle from the airport not available though.

Good place to stay if you want to be near the airport. The property is old and not maintained. Beds are very comfortable, but don’t count on anyone picking up your call. Takes a few tries before anyone picks up. DO NOT try in-room dinning - significantly overpriced and substandard food. I paid $22 for a cold coffee and a soggy sandwich. Had to toss it. Staff is good but, just like every hotel, be ready to tip them to really help you out. Good overall experience.

Hotel is overall nice and well placed? Perhaps rooms are a little dated, but acceptable. I waited 30 minutes for a Vada pav in the restaurant which wasn’t ok, but aside from that, reasonable value for money overall

Room was cleaned but must say its old.Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and had varities. Lounge was good with delicious bites however drinks were limited. Nothing around this hotel. Shopping is atleast an hr drive away or more if stuck in traffic.

The stay was great. Ambience very good. Everything was fabulous. Breakfast staff need a bit of re-training. Staff very noisy with refilling cutlery and dragging chairs etc. Also Breakfast was not fully set up even after 30 mins from the time Breakfast is meant to start. Need a proper well qualified person to revamp this aspect. I will rate every other thing 9/10 but Everything related to Breakfast I will rate 6/10.

I booked a hotel because had a good reviews and rated five star. Room was not in good condition, floor was broken and dirty. I took pictures as well and more than happy to share with management or on the website. Few things were great though such as location, hotel lobby and courteous staff.
