The hotel takes pride in their service- from check in to room service and dining. All requests are met ASAP. We even saw some guests being unreasonable but their needs were catered without any complaint. We highly recommend the Kai Reataurant. The chef is a very talented person who can make all kinds of Asian food and present them very creatively. We are there twice. Breakfast options were also great.

Loved the stay. No complaints. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Premises are kept very clean. Pool is clean and tidy as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel needs refurbishment. The service of the concierge and Durga ( from Dakshinyan) were just excellent. Rest of the people need to be more upto the standards set by these two.

Hotel rooms feel moist & have a musty odor. The A. C. System needs improvement. Visakhapatnam is a a hot humid coastal town so the interiors have to be designed & furnished to suit the weather conditions.
