The staff is super friendly, perfect location at Sunset road next to Harvest Bakery. AC, refrigerator and hot/cold water and water pressure works perfectly. Spacious room, clean and tidy. Will definitely comeback for next visit to Bali!

next this hotel should be the main one... because the location and the hotel are really comfortable, the room is clean and spacious.. upgraded to premier. It's a shame that on the second night I had to move to a nearby hotel because there was a power outage at the hotel due to flooding. Overall this hotel is the most comfortable compared to other nearby hotels. There is a balcony and a pool that is really cool for hanging out. The room is exactly the same as the one in the photo, not a dud. Other budget hotels should be like 100 sunset because it's real. Thanks yaa

I've been a regular every time I stay at 100 Sunset Road in Bali for breakfast, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not, but the taste is lacking, sis, please improve the taste of the food.

I stayed for a few days and felt comfortable... for that price...
But there are no other shopping places. Like food places are quite far away... cleanliness could be improved... for other things, it's very good for that price. The sleeping area is quite comfortable. There is a balcony.

From the moment I arrived, there were two receptionists. One was wearing a formal uniform. The other was wearing a gray men's t-shirt. The one in the formal uniform just looked at me without greeting me. As a guest, I was only seen, so I didn't bother looking at him. Unlike the male receptionist, who was wearing a gray t-shirt, he looked at me, greeted me, and smiled. Finally, I was served by him. The service was okay, the only downside was his voice, which was so low I could barely hear him.
I went into my room. The room was okay, but the toilet still had stains, so it wasn't all white. It needs a deep cleaning.
Scrity was taught how to serve me in a friendly manner, work as a service, and improve her service. The food was okay, but it was just average.

My stay was less than satisfactory. Upon check-in, two front desk staff were serving guests, while one was busy chatting with another guest. After the guest left, I was simply glanced at without a greeting or invitation to come forward, leaving the impression of friendliness far from the expected standard. The room attendant's service was also subpar, as they didn't greet guests and seemed stiff. The food selection was limited; the chicken was tough, and some dishes ran out without being refilled promptly. The taste and selection of food still needed improvement.
