The staff is super friendly, perfect location at Sunset road next to Harvest Bakery. AC, refrigerator and hot/cold water and water pressure works perfectly. Spacious room, clean and tidy. Will definitely comeback for next visit to Bali!

The room was quite spacious, but the service was a bit lacking. At check-in, I asked for help carrying my suitcase from the car to my room. I asked twice, but no help. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke.

The location is on the side of the road, there are no parking attendants on standby, the parking lot is full and it is a bit noisy with the busy atmosphere of Bali... the room is very spacious, the air conditioning is cold
