Wow! The price is affordable but everything was so good, the check in process was so fast and no deposit required, room so spacious and clean and smell good, no stain on sheets, clean bathroom, AC working properly, the rooftop Langit Seduh is stunning with its view, the food are great, everything was great, definitely would come back. I had a great stay here, the accommodation is perfect, nice, clean, located in the city center, nearby to Istiqlal Mosque, Tanah Abang Market, and some malls. Also delicious breakfast with various menus. You would enjoy seeing the beautiful view of Jakarta on the rooftop. Very valuable at a low price, but complete facilities! Will gonna stay in their again soon:)

The hotel is kinda old but overall they have the standard service like the staff or the food but the most satisfying fact is the rooftop restaurant it’s really great place and also ambience since they have life music too..

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days with my elderly parents, aged 84 and 75. My father is wheelchair-bound and requires regular sunbathing for his health. The security officer, Pak Nurdiana (if I recall correctly), has been incredibly helpful and kind in assisting us, especially in carrying my father. His sincerity and dedication truly reflect service from the heart. People who work with heart will always win people’s hearts. Highly recommended.

I didn’t receive a good response from the staff. My message was not replied to by the staff for more than 12 hours. Usualy when I stay here, I get a welcoming cake. But Not this time.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Please improve the cleanliness. When I moved the sofa, the bottom was really dirty, and the table was quite dusty.

I booked an executive double room, thinking it would be large. It turned out to be small. There was no hairdryer, no liquid soap, only round bars, and no water heater.
I went swimming at 7 in the morning and asked for towels from the receptionist, who said they would deliver them. But they never arrived. They arrived at 9 and told me they were out of towels.

I stayed for one night at this hotel. It was a quite nice hotel, but the room needs maintenance, the interior was quite old. But I got spacious room same floor with swimming pool . I did't have time to go to their rooftop. The staffs were also helpful . Overall I enjoyed the stay.

For an "Executive" level room, comfort and facilities should be prioritized for customers. First, the room is not soundproof, outside conditions with many guests, sound penetrates the room and makes it uncomfortable. Second, I have informed the receptionist, perhaps by reprimanding the loud guest (who happened to be a guest across the room) to be more discreet in their conversation so as not to disturb other guests, but it was not done. Third, still related to the room, because I felt disturbed and tried the option of moving rooms, the hotel immediately said there were no other rooms and did not offer other solutions for this incident that could have been moved to a non-smoking executive room, for example (I booked a non-smoking room). Fourth, in the "executive" level room, the facilities should be different from the standard, but what I got was no hairdryer, and no hot water as if there was no water heater. This is very disappointing because hot water itself was listed in the room facilities before I booked, which I did not get at all. Hopefully it can be better, especially regarding guest comfort in the room, and also be able to provide solutions for every guest who has a complaint about a situation that is considered to be detrimental to the guest themselves.
