I had a mixed experience at Abisha Hotel Sanur. The staff were amazing — very friendly and accommodating, and they kindly kept my luggage until evening which I really appreciated. The room itself was decent and the location was convenient, especially for my trip to Nusa Penida. On the downside, the restaurant food was quite poor, the bathroom shower was broken, and overall the facilities felt not very modern or clean. A good option for the location and the excellent staff, but improvements in maintenance and dining would make the stay much better.

The linen is washed every 3 days, which is why the towels are gray and moldy, as if they are not clean. Breakfast is just so-so, no fruit, and eggs are limited to only 2 eggs per room. So when you bring your child, 4 or 3 people staying, you only get 2 eggs with a male staff response that I think is rude to guests "1 person only 1 egg"

The room and bathroom were quite spacious.
However, the two small blue pillows on the bed smelled awful, like stale laundry hadn't dried. The whole room smelled awful. The towels were also stained, as if they hadn't been washed properly. An electric mosquito repellent was provided in the room due to the mosquitoes.
For breakfast, the menu was rice + chicken in soy sauce + vermicelli + crackers. There was also bread and sliced fruit. You can order one omelet or sunny-side up, but more than that requires a fee. Coffee and tea are available free-flow.
With this price per night, travelers shouldn't have too high expectations.

A hotel with a strategic and quiet location. Close to Icon Bali Mall by Grab or taxi, and affordable prices. The rooms are always kept clean, and they even offer turndown service before bed for a more comfortable sleep. A service I haven't found in other hotels. It's also kid-friendly, with a children's pool.

I deliberately chose a room with pool access to make it easier for my mother and sister to stay. It turned out that on the first night, a small mouse had entered. The initial complaint was that no mice had entered, but it turned out that some had entered. I was moved to another room above, but that was all, I was not given any reward, at least I was given breakfast or something for the next day, even though it was the worst thing that mice could enter the room.

Transit overnight in Abisha because tomorrow morning I want to cross from Sanur harbor to Nusa Penida. The room looks dirty and filthy. The wallpaper is black in various places. Many are peeling too. Should be able to be maintained. The only plus point of the hotel is the location near the harbor and on the main highway.
